This is a cube-shaped building with a square choir. It has a low bell tower with pyramidic roof and a vestry. Built between around 1450-67, it was renovated in the 17th and 18th centuries. It houses repainted frescoes dating from the second half of the 15th century (school of Seregno) and modern paintings by Jeanne Bonalini (1932).
