Always follow these rules on your walk:

1. before starting your journey, make sure you are in good health;
2. wait outside the accommodation or restaurant for indications from the manager of the facilitiy;
3. check with the manager of the accommodation facility the places you can access;
4. leave your backpack and your technical equipment where specifically indicated by the facility manager;
5. make sure you always have a mask and alcohol-based hand sanitizer with you; use them when you enter the accommodation or restaurant and in any case always when you cannot respect the safety distance;
6. wash your hands often;
7. remember that the manager of the accommodation or restaurant can measure your body temperature and, if above 37.5 ° C, can forbid you to enter the facility;
8. do not throw the mask on the ground but always ask the manager where to throw it.
