The House of the Water Guardian is located between the Martesana canal and the Adda River in Vaprio d’Adda. The basement houses the interactive gallery “Leonardo in Adda”. Three rooms where it is possible to leaf through a faithful reproduction of the “Atlantic Codex”, observe the different movements of water, thanks to a didactic aquarium, which Leonardo described in his treatise about the waters (“Delle acque”), see a video installation of the Adda landscapes that the genius drew during his stay in the nearby Melzi d’Eril Villa.
