It contains useful information for planning a journey on foot, along a historical international route of about 220 km, rich in culture, breath-taking sceneries, sporting activities and well-being. A network of paths connecting San Bernardino to Milan, through the Mesolcina Valley, Valchiavenna, Lake Como and the Adda River. You will discover a route related to the trade between Northern and Southern Europe and vice versa: communication routes “traced” by wayfarers, traders, smugglers and armies that over the centuries have allowed men and goods to circulate despite the geographical and political borders.
