La Casa di Sueglio is located in the historic center of Sueglio, at the entrance to the beautiful Valvarrone valley, at the foot of Mount Legnone, with a magnificent view of Lake Como. It’s a typical village house that has welcomed young people in the past to spend time together, have fun, go on mountain hikes, and immerse themselves in the surrounding nature. Young travelers are welcome, as are those who enjoy slow tourism and authentic experiences.

At the entrance, you’ll find a welcome and information area and a noticeboard with messages and updates about the area. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, two singles and one double, for 4 people in total, along with one bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, with one bathroom, and an additional double bedroom opposite a second bathroom, for 7 people in total. The second floor features an open space with a relaxation area next to the (unserviceable) fireplace, tables and chairs for work, workshops, or for breakfast and other meals, a fully equipped kitchen, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. A 20-square-meter terrace with a magnificent view of the Valvarrone Valley and Lake Como completes the second floor.

From the Town Hall, walk along Via ai Monti, a steep and stepped alleyway that starts at the Trattoria Bellavista and intersects with Via San Bernerdino. Follow it to the end of the street. At the crossroads, turn right and you’ll reach our door a few steps away.
