The various itineraries of  Vie del Viandante are easily reachable by public transport: by train you can move from Milan to Tirano, getting off at the start or end stations of each stage. Lake Como also has a network of boats and ferries that allow travelers to visit the most characteristic points of interest and to move by water between the various villages.
